At check out it would not take my PayPal payment. I use PayPal all the time elsewhere. When I entered my MasterCard it did not take it either. I reentered the info and then it took it. I hesitated to use my MC. I hope I am not sorry!!!!

Several times Pet Edge has sent me the wrong product. Unfortunately, it costs me more to send them back than the product itself. Your S&H costs reduce the times I order from you. I have found other sites to purchase equipment.

Hi there, we researched all of your orders, and the 4 most recent orders in 2024. We don't see where you've called in or sent an email stating you received the wrong product. We are happy to take care of these issues for you, but without knowing of the issue we can't fix the problem. If it was a wrong item ordered by one of our reps, or you simply didn't get the item you ordered you would not pay for shipping an item back to us. Our free shipping for $99.00 or more is in line with most of our competitors as well. We are unable to compete with Amazon Prime delivery as they are a much larger company than us. We appreciate your feedback and see that the most recent two orders are within our 30-day guarantee so if you did receive the wrong items on your two most recent July orders that you placed online, please call us at 800-738-3343 and we will definitely rectify the issues for you. Your ads all say that orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping, however you charged me over $30.00 even though my order was well over $100.00. And then, my bank statement reads $145.00 subtracted, and another transaction withdrawing an additional $16.00 but I have no idea what for?

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and see the Master Equipment table you ordered qualifies for shipping after products of $2,000 or more. It does show that on the website and in the catalog, we apologize for any confusion: Item qualifies for Free Shipping on orders of $2,000+ of qualifying Master Equipment and ProSelect-branded equipment. Regarding your two different withdraws, we are only able to charge you when items ship and your items are coming out of two different warehouses 2 of the items are coming from our Reno warehouse, and the other item is coming from our Illinois warehouse hence the separate charges. They do equal the same amount that you had expected to pay, but we hope that explains the two charges. Please call us 800-738-3343. Ordered Andis clippers July 5th because it showed delivery in 1 to 7 days. On July 9th I had to go to my PetEdge account to look for order. It showed shipped! I received NO email telling me that plus website doesn't even show tracking number or any information on estimated date of delivery. I then called your customer service. I was informed that PetEdge took a 4 day weekend because of the Holiday. This should have been posted on their website so I could have had the option to buy the same clippers elsewhere.

Hi there, we did research your order entirely and see that you placed your order on 07/05/2024 after 2pm online. Your order missed our 2pm ship time deadline. PetEdge was closed for the 4th of July Independence Day Holiday however, open on July 5th. We unfortunately did not have a 4-day weekend, but we are closed on the weekends to provide a positive work life balance to our employees. We do have a tracking number for your order and are sorry that we are not as expedient as you had expected, but we do appreciate you supporting a smaller business, and hope that you love the clipper that was on an amazing sale. On our website under shipping, does show: Please note the number of days for shipping by the carrier when you select your shipping method and please add 24 to 48 hrs for processing and packing of your order by our Distribution Center.
