Products fall apart, break and or wear down quickly. All crappy plastic and glue. No quality. Bad advise from customer service, had me order the worst pair of clippers I've ever used in a 15 year Grooming career. Oh, and I have to pay to ship these crappy clippers back to them to get my refund.

Nothing syncs up to figure out what was purchased what was shipped. Staff says website has nothing to do with them. Takes forever to get an order. Not so great. Very disappointing.

U never receieved my purchase that they charge to my credit card. capitol one disputed my charges and refunded me my money not pet edge. i emailed and called pet edge and was left hanging. i found my product on amazon and had it in 3 day. I had waited over a month eit3h per edge saying it was on back order. Amazon was also a better price and free shipping.

Takes too long to receive order and too long for them to take the order over the phone. Last time I called I had to repeat my order three times and read my credit card on the phone, 5 times!

Bad customer service no return call back from accounting. It’s been 3 weeks when I spoke to someone they didn’t want to transfer me to a manager just completely ignored and spoke over me to call a other number. Still waiting to get re embursed Pet Edge basically stole my money and won’t do nothing about it. The worst I will be buying from Amazon now thanx
