I still haven't recieved the 10" straight sheers that I ordered and paid for. Still waiting. I'd like to give you a better rating but I cant until I recieve what I paid for.

I was given no explanation or apology for deceiving advertising in catalog that enticed me to buy a more expensive product. I had to pay almost $12 to return some of the products I ordered.

Website is terrible and doesn’t save items in cart properly. Shopping list work around didn’t work either. I had to resort to calling my sales rep.

Company needs to go back to square roots.. when it was run like New England serum it targeted the true professional groomer. Which let's face it that's who uses a company like this. Owner not uptown suggestions customer for 31 years and the business I do with this company is limited. It's a shame

I never received the merchandise. The 2nd attempt was supposed to be yesterday, but never came. 1st attempt, the package had been opened, badly damaged and the kennel was dented in on the corners and had to be returned. I do not fault PetEdge for all the inconvenience. I blame UPS. Upon phone call this morning to UPS, they now tell me it is not deliverable to my address. "What?!!" UPS tells me it will now be delivered on June 6th. It will be almost a month waiting for this kennel. All this drama. Told them if the 2nd package arrives damaged, I am returning it again. Wish PetEdge was close to me so that I could just go pick it up myself. .

Took way too long to receive my order!

Absolutely terrible. Shipping charges are outrageous and I will never use them again. They wanted to charge me $371 for shipping for a new grooming table. I found it elsewhere with free shipping. Shame on you and your company....Absolutely pathetic!!

I’m afraid my review at the moment is very BaD! I want to return a clipper I recieved May 6, 2019 and am being told I have to wait for someone to reach me. I haven’t even had it 3 weeks and it’s performance is not as descriptions. Why I’m not hearing back since the 21st when I first contacted Petedge is beyond me. I WANT TO REtURN! ASAP 2084044856
