Absolutely horrible customer service. The customer representative who was trying to help me with my order yelled and me and my banker who was on the three way call trying to resolve issues. I couldn't believe how rude she was, so I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't let me. I'll probably never order through petedge again. Since being bought out, they have gone downhill fast.

Horrible expierence! Never got my order

Orders take way too long to receive and ordering on the web was not easy at all, I had to end calling to place the order. Now I remember why I don’t order from Pet Edge. Update...I am still waiting for the rest of my August 20 order. I tried calling 3 times and every time the line is busy. I will not be doing any more ordering from Pet Edge. Too much stuff is back ordered and the delivery time is ridiculous.

Have their steel tub . 6 yets old. Was told there are no replacement floor grates or door seals for my 12 hundred dollar tub..the lock rusted out in 5 years. Discovered it was a rigged in part which I had to have a contractor replace since it had to be filed down to fit the door. I also have the 850 dollar electric table. That has broke 5 times in six years. The last 2 times six months apart the hydraulic piston snapped at the base with no weight on it. The table. Pet edge took 3 weeks to answer my e mails and then told me it isn't warranried so that part is 130 dollars each time It's made with plastic. Table is rated for 220 lbs. . Their customer service is horrible. .they dont back their products. And The equipment they sell is inferrior. The table is not safe with plastic parts holding it up. Pet edge used to be my go to company . I'll be spending .my money with other companys for now on. Maybe they are trying to go under the test of the way

I am still waiting for an order that was place over a month ago. On the 31 of July I received a e-mail saying expected ship date was August 8 still waiting and nothing. I have call numerous time and always receive a busy signal. Not happy

Was sent the wrong items

Rose the sales person overcharged me on 4 gallons of shampoo insisting the sale was over. A few days later I received a PetEdge catalog and saw that the shampoo was still on sale. So I called to bring it to her attention that she overcharged me and the shampoo was still on sale as I was looking at the catalog for July and August. She still insisted it was not. I asked to speak with the manager Ken who was helpful and refunded the difference. BEWARE of Rose the sales person she was not honest with me from the start. Poor customer service from Rose salesperson but good customer service with the manager Ken

THIS COMPANY IS BAD. THEY DECEIVE YOU ON PRODUCTS. THEY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE YOU WILL GET THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. WHEN YOU CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT THE DELAY IS, THEY PONDER ON THE DATES AND MAKE IT SEEM AS THOUGH IT ISN'T A BIG DEAL. WHEN YOU EXPECT SOMETHING TO ARRIVE IN A FEW DAYS AND IT IS ALMOST TWO WEEKS FROM THE ORDER DATE YOU HAVE TO WONDER WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH THEIR ORDERS. ARE THEY HOLDING THEM TO DECREASE THEIR POSTAGE COSTS TO MAKE A HIGHER PROFIT? THE ATTENDANT ACTUALLY FIRST SAID MY PRODUCT WAS ON "BACK ORDER". WHEN I SAID AFTER 11 DAYS POST ORDERING I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A NOTICE, THE ATTENDANT SAID "OOPS, IT IS NOT ON BACK ORDER IT GENERALLY TAKES 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME ITEMS ARE ORDERED. WELL IT IS OVER THE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE I ORDERED AND PAID(I ordered and paid on 08/01/19. Today is 08/11/2019) SHE THAN HAD NO EXCUSE AND SAID I WOULD RECEIVE IT SOON. THIS COMPANY FALSIFIES ADVERTISEMENTS FOR PRODUCTS, AND SHIPPING ETC. IF I HAD MY SAY,THEY WOULD GET A "NEGATIVE" STAR NOT A SINGLE RED STAR!!! I bought other products from them that they falsely misrepresented as being an implement that I could use with my tool. It was a great sale. I ordered 10 blades because it was such a great deal. When I received them I found that they were #10 blades that would only fit a cheap throw away clipper.
