I have been ordering from this company for more years I can remember. I want my grooming salon for 38 years. Always word from Pet edge. This last order has been messed up four times. In fact I still haven’t gotten the right pieces. I’m not sure I will never order from them again. Terrible experience.

I did not receive my blades the order number is 3000696512 track number 1Z01RV210399813325, when I contact UPS I was told that the address was incorrect because the interior number was written in the same line of the street name. UPS delivered my order on monday sept. 16. I want to know the address where UPS delivered it.

The worse experience ever. Am old time client. Called and the operator told me to contact my post office but my post office is 10 miles plus for me and not on my route Monday since I am a mobile fog groomer and your operator td me I was abusing . Very weird asked for the supervisor but that person already left. So bottom line not received my order and ypur organization does not want to help.
