I bought 3 items that I paid extra for shipping to get them here in 2-3 days and when I ordered it said nothing about 2 items being on back order for almost a month. I called to get a refund on the expedited shipping and never got a call back or a refund

They did not ship all the products on one order. In fact, I never received the remaining products or a refund for the difference. I paid for multiple products I never received!! Beware!

Orders always unavailable or on backorder. They keep pushing the date further and further. The one item I did receive this time appears to be refurbished clippers. The cord is bad. They are my only clippers because the others have yet to come in.

My order was placed on dec 22 and now it’s Jan 9 and says my package was delivered Monday, but delivered to NC instead of TN where it was suppose to be shipped. And my package was stolen so I didn’t receive any of my order that I just ordered. Called and Petedge didn’t help resolve the problem. Said more or less wasn’t their fault. So I been using Petedge for 15 years.... but now I’m done won’t order anything else from them. They were rude and unwilling to help resolve my problem.

got as Christmas present was ordered on 11/27/19 received on 12/5/19 used clippers on 1/8/20 for first time back wont stay on, every time you turn clippers on it vibrates back off, so since 3 days past petedge 30 day warranty they wont cover problem, making me go thru andis and hoops to get faulty product replaced

Idk how else to review. Pet edge is fine and the order was fine, but top performance pants are garbage. I didn’t even wear them 8 hours and the entire crotch/legs inseam is blown out.
