Hi there, we listened to the call you had with Alice, and she did let you know "normally it's 1-2 business days to process and 3-5 business days to ship however, we've been out of office for 2 weeks due to an IT outage and delivery is taking longer" Alice then put the promo code on for you that you had asked about, and the order was completed. Hi there, we are so sorry for the experience you had as you're correct we have never had an IT outage like we had recently. Unfortunately, it lasted 3 full weeks for us, but we are back and sorry that any of our customers had to go through this issue with us. We were able to cancel the one item that hadn't been shipped out yet, and you will see the authorization released as well. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, we have updated our phone system and our website that we are having a massive IT outage and are working around the clock 7 days a week to resolve this. We promise to be in touch and let everyone know when we are back up and running. We have put messaging on our website, and phone systems regarding the outage. We absolutely are doing the best we can in resolving this and have outside IT assistance working with us as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we are truly doing our best.
