Read the last emails between Mike Bernardo and myself. I spent nearly 2500 dollars with your company in the last month. When I had a shipping problem he basically told me to handle it myself. I'll buy my supplies somewhere else from now on.

I called several times, got hung up on once, spoke to 3 different people not one person could help me figure out why I couldn’t log into my account. All they could tell me was “there is no reason you shouldn’t be able to log in and place an order” I ended up just creating a third account in order to place an order with this place. So absolutely ridiculous and the customer service is a joke.

I made an order over the phone and was never told that my shears would not be sent for almost a month I found out when I received the rest of my order very dissatisfied will not be using this company again

The website is awful - tried several times to get past the error, wasn't clear what it was. FInally called customer service - said someone would have to call me back. A tech person called back, said he fixed my error and said to start over on the website! Bad experience.. don't think I'll be back.

I have been in business over 15 years my main concern is keeping existing customers Pet Edge almost when out of business once and it’s trying to come back well bad customer service is not the way I feel that I can stay in business without them but can they stay in business without me? I will never place an order from them ever again
