You sent the wrong Grooming blade. Do I have to pay to send it back? I got 1 andies 30, ordered 2. The other one is a 10 which I did order but it is not andies.

Ordered 5 groomer shirts and 5 groomer pants. Horrible quality Pants ripped within 1 hour if wear Tried two different tips both ripped and tore within the first couple of hours of wear. Called and spoke with a woman and she was rude. The next time u called to discuss refunds and shipping products back they had no record of my first call. The second lady I spoke with was nice tho. I don't see myself ordering from this company again. Just poor quality.

How super fascinating that NOW PetEdge gives a crap about their reviews and customer service. NO ONE at your company could give 2 craps about helping me on Monday and Tuesday, April 20th and 21st, when I needed it the most. No one could answer my questions. No one responded to my email inquiries. There was virtually no customer care within your organization. None. I will NEVER recommend your company to any of my dog peeps. Ya'all are a little late to the party at showing care and concern about customer experience.

Its just this one situation. I placed an order for my business. Included was two pair of scissors. I was not told they were back ordered. When the package arrived they were not included and the packing list showed them back ordered. I received a notice saying they were going to be shipped a week later and I would receive the following Saturday (Tomorrow). I immediately called and was told there was no way to rush the shipment . It had already been billed. I missed an entire week of grooming due to this. It feels like PetEdge is going a bit to much on the automated side of things. they have always been nice an accommodating. they were rude on the phone as well.

I was told over the phone that the item I ordered should ship that day and to expect a confirmation email. It has been over a week and I have not received and email. I checked my order online and it says it will nowlt ship until mid May. This is over a month past when I was told it would ship.

36" high table was recommended by customerservice, ordered, dgtr noticed length not height 36". I phoned, kid said "they are packing it now" I said "Phone them and cancel order, wrg size!" He said can't phone, only email! Good grief! Can't cancel even tho NOT left premises. Arrival here, took to UPS to return : $90 !!!! (Already paid $30)! Gave to Goodwill !!! Ordered right size from Amazon. Poor service your company! And don't phone me! Never want to hear from you again!
