I have still not received the 2 gallons of hand sanitizer. The tracking indicates it was damaged and returned to sender. I have been given absolutely no information from pet edge as to when I will receive this product. So I’m not too happy.

Had to call 3 times to get an actual answer about my order.

I ordered a clipper for my dog and accidentally clicked twice and ordered two. Called and asked for one to be stopped. The lady said she would and ended up canceling both. Now I have none and my money is still not refunded a week later. Very unprofessional. ,James Reynolds

Very disappointed in the customer service on Friday when my order was 13 boxes out of 25 short!!!!! I would expect better service on an order of over 3k. After 3 calls I finally got someone at 2:30 who seemed helpful and she promised to call back within an hour....still waiting and half my order is still missing.!!!!

I think it is despicable that Pet Edge advertised "hand sanitizer" when it was actually alcohol aka rubbing alcohol. Furthermore, I see that the price that I was charged is almost $10 more per gallon than it is now. I As an attorney, I am especially incensed because companies such as Pet Edge are in a position to take advantage of the public in such a predatory fashion, which is especially offensive during this time of world crisis, resulting from COVID-19. In addition to writing this review, I am also in the process of looking into further considerations to address my concerns and those of other consumers.

It was bad. I ordered a airline cran. ntte and he sent me awire crate then i order a small flat slinker brush and they sent me a universal brush. When i order in the past it use 2 b great.

I've always liked this company before but that opinion is rapidly changing. I bought a pair of clippers and I've used them twice. Both times they have literally made my dogs bleed. When I contacted support for help, they said it has been over 30 days and to contact Andi's. I had told them that I wanted to return them and to let me know what clippers would not burn my dogs and I would get those. When I went to Andi's website I could not find my model number and it was definitely a hassle. I feel like Pet Edge is dropping the ball by not being the go between. I bought my clippers from Pet Edge not Andi's......

My package came in and only 1 thing I order was is in the envelope. It look it the envelope was torn and taped up... I paid $143.00 for one thing ..will be calling and get the stuff I order or a refund
