It’s been over a month since this review and petedge replying saying they’d contact me about my account issues. I’ve still not received a replacement despite contacting them multiple times (they keep saying it’s still out of stock even though the site shows it’s in stock) and no one has reached out to me about the issues with my login info. Seriously, do not use this company. Ryan’s Pet Supplies, Groomers Mart are both incredibly reliable and have wonderful shipping times and customer service is always outstanding. This place is nothing but a headache. One of the products was defective, I’m going to have to wait a month for a replacement, and now I’m unable to log in to my account because it says it’s deleted. So I had to create a new account and have lost all of my receipts for previous purchases which I needed for my taxes.

I well not ever order from your company again you take my money then refund my money then when i call to find out whats going on i am told order does not exist then you tell me the cage dryer i ordered is discontinued and thats why my money was refunded then 6 hours later you charge my account again when i call i am told again that you can't find the order my name is Tammy Mitchell plus i asked for my orders to be canceled on the dryer i got email confirmation on one dryer and i placed a order for a second dryer on june 6th because i was told the first dryer was cancelled then like i said 6 hours later you took my money i asked for both orders to be canceled i got email confirmation that zx8633 was cancelled but never got email confirmation on 287526 that it was cancelled

My order was partially filled, notified that the item I needed most wouldn't arrive till end of August. Well it turned out after asking for a supervisor and to return and cancel order that the item was in another warehouse. What a . . .. show

Hot mess. The shipping and delivery dates changed on an almost daily basis. I got 3 different shipments for the 3 different things i ordered. Pet Edge isn't what it used to be.

, Gracias por haberme enviado esta encuesta pero me gustaría hacerles una observación yo hice un pedido de 2 marcas de shampoo las cuales decían que eran para las pulgas baña mis mascotas con ellos y ninguno de los dos me da resultados mandó esta observación para que tomen en cuenta que el producto que están vendiendo que dice ser para las pulgas no funciona gracias
