I ordered clipper blade lubricant and only found out after days and days that it was out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered until AUGUST—- how can you do that to your customers??????? I PAID for 2 day delivery!!!

This is a good company and has all the necessary products that a pet groomer needs. I must say that the customer support is very bad. Recently I purchased some items and paid for shipping. At first on the website I made sure that I put the correct address so the delivery would go to my mother's house in Connecticut, for I live in Florida. When I realized that the delivery was going to Florida, I quickly emailed Customer Support the problem. I told them that if the address change is not possible then to make sure the delivery will go to my apartment number which was not on the shown on the delivery tracker. I got and email reassuring that it was. They lied for when the delivery date came, the delivery service said there was a problem with the address. So I went the the delivery service website, corrected the address and my products arrived the next day. Now the delivery which should have gone to Connecticut has to be shipped again from Florida. I had to pay twice for delivery. Finally when I told customer support the whole story. They answered that the delivery was on the time frame, but did not offer a refund for the delivery charge I paid. So I terminated my account which I will never use again.

Products get 5 stars. Service gets 1. I received part of my order after THREE WEEKS. it’s now been SIX WEEKS and I still haven’t gotten the rest of the order. I know we’re living in Covid times but this seems excessive.

You were offering free delivery when we spend 79:99 + 10%off. Do first I ordered the 3 bottles of shampoo but 2or 3 days after I called and order a few more things but when I mentioned to the guy who answered my call about the 10% , he refused to apply it to the whole purchase including the bottles of shampoo. He said that, oh I have to redo the order, so I asked him if he wasn’t able to do it, then cancel my order and he said , ok I will cáncel it. Bad service. But actually I receive 2 bottles so 1 is pending , I don’t want to receive it anymore
