Very quick delivery and has good quality and prices on pet products

I’ve placed orders that are on back order and didn’t get a notification that they’re not gonna carry de article any more ☹️I placed an order where the article doesn’t arrive they don’t charge it but neither do they say is gonna arrive later on or anything

Products are a great price and for the description. Delivery was a bit slow.

We called about these products and the associate who answered could not answer any of our questions and seemed very uninformed. Also when we ordered we received communication that we would be notified about shipping from the freight company however the item just showed up. There was no way to know what we would be charged for shipping. For that reason we might not place an order again because the shipping does factor into the price. That needs to be improved.

Items came on time and all items were there. Order girl on phone was not overly friendly

great delivery and ease of checkout, however, the top paw smok needed extra reinforcement on the zippers.

Love the products. But paid for 1-3 day shipping and received my items over a week later

Even with an address change input the product was still sent to the old address. It did finally come to the correct address after an email sent. Please be sure our address has been updated into your system. 800 sylvia ln. It did get to us but a day later.
