On May 26th. I ordered a stand dryer for my shop, it had a free shipping discount and was supposed to be shipped on 7/22. On 7/26 I received an email from petedge saying that the item was out of stock for 30 days so it was removed from my purchase. When I contacted customer support I was told I would just have to wait another month, but couldn’t guarantee they still had them in stock. That they where still on back order. However the website is still allowing people to purchase them saying they are available. If they’re not available, you shouldn’t have to wait past the expected shipping date to find out the item is not available, that’s over a month.

I have not rec’d my whole order and have had no communication from pet edge. Very dissatisfied.

I have always had great luck with Petedge until now. They sent me the wrong product and have not called me back after I spent quite a bit of time on hold with a lady that worked there. She assured me that her supervisor would call the following day and it has been three days so far and no one has bothered to call.

I have been happy with my orders coming to me on time but when ordering clipper blades they never come to me sharpened. This needs to be improved. Thank you.

The customer service is absolutely unbelievable. Without my request, a member of customer service has called to return my pakcage before it even reached me. When I called to talk to someone about it the woman told me I REFUSED THE PACKAGE!! WHT?! I explained in my email after I placed the order that I had accidentally purchased the wrong clipper and it would not be compatible with the blades I currently own. If I was unable to swap the clipper then I would take the package anyway. This guy took it upon himself to have the ENTIRE ORDER RETURNED! I also explained in my email that I did NOT want to wait any longer than I had to because my client wouldn’t go to any other groomers and her dog was matted. This client also lives 2 hours away from me so just stopping by when I finally get the clipper is not an option. When I called, the woman said she’d call me back because she had to ask her coworker, the man who screwed this entire thing up, what happened. That once she heard from him she’d call me back. EXCUSE ME?! I JUST TOLD YOU WHAT HAPPENED! How extremely rude of them to think that I’m lying when I have proof from the emails AND the UPS transaction data. I’m disgusted with the way customer service has handled this situation and it’s also left a dog suffering. I’ve already been waiting since MARCH to order a clipper that would work within my price range because every single store that sells them is completely out of stock because everyone thinks they can be a professional groomer at home during quarantine! Well us professionals are left to clean up the mess. How is it that we get treated like this and can’t even get the equipment we need!!

Never received my order, was told by customer service they would not help.

I would not normally write a bad review, however....the item we purchased was advertised with free shipping. We ended up being charged over $200 shipping. I have contacted PetEdge with zero response.

I ordered two gallons of conditioner I was told to wait three weeks after the three weeks I was told to wait another 2 weeks they never sent my product never arrived they cancelled my order
