If I could I will give them a 0 star because I waited almost 2 month for a dryer and I still did not get it and I had to cancel it and didn’t even bother saying sorry or give me a discount

I never received my order

I still have not received my Shears. It's been 3 weeks!

Very confused what happen to my order it was showing on my checking account as pending and now it’s not there and I have no idea why and I need the stuff I ordered. If someone could tell me what to do about this that would great.

I used pet edge for the first time a few weeks ago and I am beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service. I made a big order and was unable to view my order on the website. I emailed customer support and got no response for over a week. Half of the money was taken from my account and I was unable to view why. Finally my order arrived and I only received 3 items, the items I needed most were not present. I am extremely disappointed as no one has responded to my queries.

I ordered 2 five gallons of shampoo and received only one. I send a message to Petedge a week ago and have received no response

Was lied two twice from two different people concerning the dryer that I purchased. Was supposed to ship day that I ordered the stand dryer. Called back after I received wall mount and no dryer gentleman then told me that it wasn’t shipping until the 2nd. Called back on the 7th then told that it still hadn’t shipped was on back order. No one ever told me that. A supervisor was supposed to call me on the 8th the phone has not rang yet. Get your act together folks. Ok here’s another funny with you guys. 7/10 get a message someone will contact me. Phone still ain’t a ringin’ No dryer as of yet either. No email to track it either. Some comfort it’s 90 here in Georgia. I can just wash my cockers and hang them on the clothes line RIGHT

My order was completely split up as well as shipping cost.The arrival times were not correct,i was not informed of back orders .When finally informed of the back order the date changed without warning and charges were made to my account unexpectedly.I have been a groomer for twenty years and been a long time customer ,this has been the least pleasant experience and am strongly considering using someone else for my grooming business supplies.I am aware of the current virus and the extra pressure ,i myself am experiencing that pressure as well .I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and just overall diapleased.
