My order shipped right away except 1 item on back order. I was bummed that I didn't get an email stating the back order date got moved back even more. I had to call, the customer service gal was extremely polite. If it gets moved back even longer, I will call and cancel the order then order from Amazon.

Excellent service got my product sooner than I expected only thing I wish was they were going to send me a magazine which they didn't send with my order. Thanks

I'm in Australia and the pricing to get grooming apparel including exchange rate and shipping is cheaper than buying in my own country. This goes to show that pet edge pricing is indeed competitive. I am happy with how fast my order was processed and sent.
