We definitely apologize for our carrier's negligence in delivering to your neighbor, but from our discussion sounds like you have a fantastic neighbor helping you put the items in your car. We are sorry that you had to unload them by yourself though. Carlmarie had already created a ticket and case for your issue, so there was nothing on your end that was needing to be done. We have spoken with our warehouse and VP of our Supply Chain, and they are going to send the issue to their FedEx connection just as discussed. If you and your son are still having issues with the table, please give us a call 800-738-3343 as we will do our best to help you remotely. If we have the wrong customer we truly apologize, please give us a call so we can assist you. We again are very sorry for our carrier's error as delivery to the correct address is important, and we apologize for this inconvenience. We are sorry to hear you are going thru this situation, we have tried contacting you but had no luck, The order was placed online and the option for USPS was picked after our 24/48 hour process at the warehouse it takes 5-7 business days to be delivered depending on how fast your local post office deliver to your address as of now i see that the item should of been delivered to you today October 20, 2025 at 12:12pm. if you can please contact our call center at 1-800-738-3343 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you we are open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm CT. we truly apologize about this inconvenience and hope to hear from you back.
