You had ordered on the 20th and your order was picked, packed, and on the USPS truck on the 21st. We are sorry for the delay that you had with your order. Hi there, we completely understand that shipping costs have been on the rise, but we have maintained an order value of $99 or more receives free shipping and also offer USPS that are reasonable as well. We stay true to the market as best as we can. We added the 5% off to your order so when your invoice is processed it will reflect the 5% off. In the future the promo code when you review your order in the cart is directly at the bottom of the page and it says Apply Promo Code.
