If the order had been placed through our customer service team and we had recommended the size, we would have been happy to provide a return label. In this case, since the order was placed independently, there is no damage or fault on our company. As a smaller business, we do our best to keep our prices fair while managing costs, which means we’re not always able to cover return shipping when the item is not defective or when the order was placed without our sizing assistance. Hi there, we are sorry that you experienced an issue with your return. We did listen to the call and did see a return number for your 3 rakes. We did hear our customer service team member provide you with full details on how to return the product to us. We did let you know there was nothing wrong with the product so you would pay return shipping back to us, but we would give you a refund even though it was out of the warranty period. We have not received your return back yet to issue you a credit. We did try to contact you and did leave a message to call us back to see how we can help out. Hi there, we have reviewed the chat that you sent in regarding the overnight shipping. We have issued a credit for 1/2 the shipping, as you ordered the items on Sunday afternoon, and our warehouse picked, packed and shipped your items delivering to you on Wednesday. Our system automatically flags orders when potential issues are detected, and unfortunately, this order triggered one of those alerts. We do not see that you have placed an order with us previously or that you called in prior to ordering with us with any questions. Our alerts are systematic so we also wouldn't have been aware of the alert until we reviewed them. Our records indicate that an email was sent to the address provided, and it did not bounce back, so we kindly ask that you check your spam or junk folder to ensure it was not filtered there. We also reviewed the two emails you sent, and our team requested your order information so we could properly review the order and assist you more effectively. In addition, we listened to the phone call, during which our customer support team explained that, due to this being a first-time order with an associated system alert, that we would have to take different measures with the account, which our support team did offer the additional measures needed. We understand that this process is not ideal and apologize for any inconvenience it caused. Hi there, We have been in communication with you, as well as with the manufacturer you contacted. Both parties have requested the same information in order to assist with resolving this matter. To date, we have not received a video recorded according to the manufacturer’s specific instructions. The videos provided show the table being fully pumped to its lowest position, which is not the correct method of operation. The table should be partially pumped, similar to the adjustment of a barber chair. Please submit a new video that follows the manufacturer’s guidelines so we may proceed with further assistance. Once this is received, we will be able to review and advise on next steps.
