I was a little frustrated with the Christmas price tags, buy 2 get one Free, but dog treats vs toys meant I needed to buy more then I wanted to store at home. The manager was gracious, and helped me out, saying," I know the feeling, all the Christmas craziness" just showed her my receipt, what I wanted, what I got, and it was fixed and I walked away happy. Thank you

Great products/prices and shipping was fine. The ease of use on website is not very easy. Products and cart load slow.

So far my experience with this website it's been good, I haven't try the product I got from them ! I really hope the product is also good so I can keep buying stuff from them

Last year I completely stopped using PetEdge as a supplier for grooming supplies for our pet salon. They were always out of stock on supplies we needed and service had gone downhill. I placed a recent order with PetEdge however because our shop needed a couple items our current supplier didn't have. This time around they had everything we needed and there were no issues with ordering or receiving the items. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took a bit longer for PetEdge to ship the items and because they don't have a warehouse in the eastern US. This meant longer transit time, thus longer wait time on items we needed. Overall they did a much better job fulfilling the order and meeting expectations than the last time I ordered from PetEdge.

All my experiences were good, but the shipping took a little longer than I expected.

Some mis- communication or lack of other than that all was good
