Received an email stating my order would arrive on August 30th. I still havent received it and no communication saying when i should receive it. If you all are depending on the postal service for your deliveries, you might need to rethink that since our amazingly ignorant government officials have screwed with the post office.

I have ordered 4 Top Performance grooming arms. They have been split into 4 different shipments. I have only received 2 of 4 of the arms and one has already come damaged. It has been almost a month, we will see when the other 2 arms get here.

Petedge was great 8 years ago. Now they are always out of stock. Have discontinued servals items I considered staples for my business. Stopped giving away gifts with large purposes. And website is more difficult to navigate than before. I’ve been shopping for my business much more with anyone else whenever possible.

I have not received my purchase and you have already confirmed how much more I have to wait

I again received th ed wrong product after explaining and verifying with operator. I wrote and no response. I am very unhappy.

shears were all messed up... no help with calling, wasted time on a $380 set. thought it was a trusted brand, but it wasnt up to the quality i remember and now have to deal with returning . dont call me if i cant call you back. jusg kept me in a message loop. wanted to support a business in my industry, but Amazon is better on this department... wonder if ill ever get my shapoo conditioner order, if your in souther california W.A.G.S. is great!! i was just trying to try something new. wish i didnt. :(

I was told that the thinning shears I ordered would be shipped on Aug 18 - still no shipping notification and no email from you explaining
