Easy ordering and quick shipping.

I love that you are very aware of your inventory and accurately let me know what’s in stock and when to expect delivery. Your prices are reasonable and you have a great assortment of items to purchase. I absolutely love your Top Performance Fresh and Clean Shampoo. I’ve successfully used it on all of my pets from Newfies to mini Doxies.

I ordered a couple of gallons of disinfectant and some smaller items. The 2 bottles were in plastic bags and taped at the top. Unfortunately the air packets to cushion were all in the top of the box and nothing under the bottles. So when I received it, one bottle had started leaking and managed to leak onto the bottom of the box (even out of the plastic bag). It got on the smaller items but not to any permanent detriment. I wrote to the company and sent photos and although I didn't hear back from them, they shipped out another gallon of the disinfectant almost immediately!! You just can't beat a company that takes care of its' customers!

The only place to find disinfectant! As always my go-to for online pet supplies!
