My order was shipped promptly and completely but there was a problem with a gallon of strong virus/bacteria disinfectant TP 256 liguid leaking inside the plastic bag it was shipped in. Item was well packed as the liquid was contained by the plastic bag. Once notified, they are replacing the item without a hassle. I've been buying from PetEdge for years, this is my first problem, and I'm very happy with their products and services.

ICU RN with a couple standard poodles. Of course my groomer is shut down and my dogs were looking like a couple of sheep. My old Wahl had seen better days and I needed something shipped fast that was good quality so I could bust out at least some clean feet and faces to get us through. Pet Edge came through! My Wahl and Mini arco were delivered ASAP (free delivery) and I was able to use a day off to make my poor dogs look and feel great. Highly recommend both these products and this company.
