I forgot to add an item to my order, so I emailed customer support. I received a response the next day (Saturday) from Mike B stating that my order was updated. I was very impressed with the quick resolution on the weekend; thank you, Mike! Additionally, our doggy grooming equipment came right in time for us to give little Harry pup a haircut before his baby sister arrived a few days later! Thank you PetEdge!
