7 business days for shipping is ridiculous. I ordered 400$ of shampoos and other items from Ryan's the same day I ordered 1 item from you. I had my order in 2 days from Ryan's it took you again... 7 days. So I went to tracking to see the problem. It took you 6 business days to ship it and had it next day shipped. Unexceptable.

Bad customer service. Bad website. Reps don’t even know the website and tried to scam me on shipping quote when the website says different. Product is great.

PetEdge never has the shampoo and conditioner I order. It states in would be available a certain date and its not and because its over 30 days they cancel the order and then claim it sold fast and don't have it anymore. I order conditioner in September 3rd and it was suppose to be delivered September 22nd it is October 9th and now I have to wait until December. It is ridiculous.

My package was shipped to an old address.

Never Again! I was a customer of Petedge for several years but never again! Over the years there have been issues with items taking forever to arrive especially back ordered items and a lack of communication by Petedge. Canceling back ordered items with out notifying me. *** The final straw was ordering items that would be Christmas presents for my clients. I did the order over the phone and was assured my order would arrive in 3-5 days. Two weeks later still hadn’t gotten the order. I contacted Petedge who informed me the order had been shipped to UPS and UPS was holding it up. I contacted UPS and they said they had NOT received the package from Petedge only the LABEL! I contacted Petedge they apologized and said they would two day the items to me. Three days later still no package! I call them and they say they are waiting for the LABEL to be returned from ups! Are you kidding me! So three weeks later no items! I finally canceled the order. Ridiculous! Horrible service!

My entire order was supposed to shipped on 10/27. I only received 3 of the items on 11/2. When I called to inquire about the bulk of my order I was told that it would be arriving on 11/6. When I reached out for tracking they told me that it was ready for shipment but somehow it didn’t go out. I asked them then if they could expedite the other items and I was told no. I don’t feel that was right. I asked for a manager and he said he would have to get back with me after he called the warehouse. I told him if he couldn’t expedite then to cancel my order and I would order elsewhere. I then get an email stating they cancelled my order. Terrible customer service.

After a week I found out my order was never shipped, therefore, I xld it. amAzon shipped there items in two days

I contacted support a few times about a pending order from January. Someone replied to me that they don't keep shipping track for that long. However the shipping wasn't even initiated from your company. I asked to give me more details about what happened to that order and if my credit card was charged. Still waiting for an answer after more than a week.
