Terrific items available but too many on backorder

Great products, great service but had trouble ordering on their monile site.

Had problems with the website but I sent a message and was assisted so was able to complete purchase. Very satisfied with timeliness of delivery.

Quality products. Fair prices.Free shipping was nice. Some of the products took several days longer to arrive than the others I ordered. I wasn't in a rush, so no biggie.

The metal along the edge was bent.

Good products to choose from. Something I would like to see be brought back is when I’m placing my order, that the rep repeat back what the item # is that I gave them, and the current price it’s selling for. Just makes the ordering process go faster and I know we are both on the same page.

I ordered a velocity dryer. When the product came to me, I was satisfied. The product was efficient, exactly as advertised, light, durable, versatile. I’m giving a 4 star for the customer service experience. The dryer hadn’t shown up for an odd number of days and so I called customer service. The lady I spoke to told me she would need to hang up with me and call the warehouse in another state. She verified my number and told me she would call me back. She didn’t. I called back the next day, and after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes, the lady came back on the line and told me the dryer would be shipped within the next day. The dryer showed up at my doorstep that afternoon. I was happy to get it and knew it must have shipped a few days prior to my first phone call. Although the customer service ladies were extremely friendly, it was clear to me they were given the wrong information to be passed on to me.

Ordering was easy and I received my order in a timely manner. I am very happy with the quality of the scissors I purchased.
