30 blade came broken. Shears don’t even cut. Very unsatisfied

I ordered my grooming supplies on 12/13 and paid the extra $10.00 for 3-5 day expedited shipping. It is now 12/24 and I still HAVE NOT received the items!!! Very frustrating trying to run a business without the tools you planned on having.

Items is not working

I had a very bad experience. After waiting a month for my order i was sent an email notifying that all of the items in my order were out of stock. I am very upset because i have a business to run and if i process an order i should be informed immediately that the items are out of stock. So now i do not have all the supplies i need because i thought the supplies would arrive at some point but now it turns out they will not arrive at all. All month long I have been receiving emails for discounts to buy the same items that i have been notified of being out of stock. Completely unprofessional. I will never order from this supplier again.

They lost my order n dont seem very concerned about finding it.

Been trying to order three items for over a month now. First time it got shipped out and then it got returned back to them because UPS said it was damage, instead of shipping out the items again to me they went ahead and canceled the order. So on December 10th I reordered everything again or we can have later the exact same thing. I get a message saying these items were damaged and not wrapped properly and so they were sent back to pet edge. This time pet edge we sent two of the three items but then decided to charge me again for for the items that are already paid for a month earlier. This is turning into a comedy of errors. Not all my items are getting shipped out I'm getting double charged and they keep not packing things correctly and having to get sent back. Embarrassing.

Had an item on backorder for 2 weeks,just notified that it doesnt meet their minimum requirements because it was a sale item.No offer of alternative, original order was well over their minimum...

I had been eagerly awaiting Pet Edge's Black Friday Online sale specifically for the deal they were advertising - $99 for the Andis Endurance Brushless Clippers. Great Deal and I have been sorely in need of a new one for my Labradoodles. The day of the sale came...I got on the website early to be sure not to miss out. I proceeded to put the clippers in my shopping cart, along with a couple other small ticket grooming accessories. After entering all of my information (billing, shipping, payment, etc), I clicked submit order only to receive an extremely vague error message "oops, something went wrong." Obviously something went wrong, but thanks for clarifying. After a couple attempts and troubleshooting on my own, I had run out of the time I had left before needing to leave for work that day. I sent a message through the chat/support offline feature and received the response: " Please save your cart to your shopping list and clear your browser's cache and cookies. You can also try using a different browser and if the problem persists, please call in the order at 1-800-738-3343anytime between Monday-Thursday 10AM-7PM and Friday 10AM-5PM EST. I apologize for the inconvenience." I understand, technology can be fickle. But why I'm giving the two star review is because later that day, I followed the aforementioned advice (which worked) only to be notified that the item that I REALLY WANTED AND NEEDED ASAP is now backordered and won't ship until sometime in January 2021.
