Order was complete and delivered in a timely manner.

Product is absolutely wonderful and well built. Delivered very quickly however VERY angry at UPS the item was delivered by UPS freight and they just left the item at the Road would NOT bring it to the house said they only do curb side delivery-my driveway is a 1/4 mile long and in a very busy Main Street and the crate weighed 200+pounds and they just left it there (thank god no one stole it as I had no idea it was there until I called to find out where my item was - NEVER again will I have anything shipped UPS Freight. You need to Chang who you use for delivery. Other than that the product and quality are outstanding

Great website, ordering process and delivery!

The variety of products meet all my shop needs. Service is prompt. I especially appreciate the natural shampoo selection.

Very happy with customer service. Ship time fast. Right products on time everytime.

Great products and good customer service.

Awesome price and worth a 2 week wait for the only type of frisbee I use to protect my dogs teeth.

Reasonable prices and prompt delivery..
