PetEdgeReviews of petedge.com

the master grooming nail clippers can't cut paper let alone my dogs nails. absolute waste of money the scissors as always were FANTASTIC. all scissor products are great at pet edge...i was just so disappointed with the clippers. THANK YOU FOR THE REFUND ON THE CLIPPERS. I THREW THEM AWAY.

I ordered motors and leads. Only got leads. Website doesn’t say anything and there was no communication.

I ordered a dryer on 1/8. I called on 1/14 and was told it was on back order and wound be shipped that day. I got an email telling me my order was shipped on 1/26!! I was very upset and asked to talk to the manager of the order dept I feel I should get some kind of consideration because I was given wrong information. At the time I ordered it did not show it was on b/o or I would have ordered one from someone else

Online ordering isn't very user friendly. Did not have multiple items in stock, but wasn't informed until after order was placed. Never received some items but was told they had been delivered.

I wish I could give more than 1 star! I ordered a product over a month ago and I have yet to receive it. Your customer service has not helped at all, in fact they keep changing the ship out date.

I've used petedge for almost 15yrs...last year they started having inventory issues. They would say something was in stock only to continue to push back the dates on backorder. I realize covid set alot back but 8 months and still no shampoo I ordered 4 different times it said it was in stock is bs. And waiting 3 months on dog clippers. Come on really. I kept bearing with them as a loyal customer. But no way I can use them again. If I left my customers waiting to 8 months I wouldn't have a business. Also no care given by support. Just kept putting me off. They do not care about loyalty.

Never received my order but received this review to give my feedback.

The PetEdge Web site offers no way to review an order before submitting it on the last page and no way to immediately cancel an order that has been placed in error. A phone call as soon as the office opens the next morning is fruitless since the representative always says the order has already been placed and cannot be cancelled. From now on, I will NEVER place an online order with this company.
