I always have a great experience with petedge. Staff is friendly. Even when the website has issues all I have to do is call and they get my order in with not a single difficulty. My orders also arrive fairly quickly. If I ever have a problem they are ready to resolve it immediately.

I had several choices to make and the representative was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. The products and choices are always good.

I bought the dog runs/play pens. They were as described as advertised. Good quality. Shipment was prompt.
