I had stopped ordering because my lids were loose and product spilled in the box upon arrival. The new place I ordered from tapes the lids and this does not happen. I decided to give them a try again because of one product they carry and upon arrival the other day I could smell mink oil from the box. Once again I had two bottles of product with loose lids. The mink oil was half gone and the other shea butter spray was a quarter gone.

Tub was damaged in 3 places. No time to send back and get a new one.

My customer rep was way to slow for such a small order I had to tell him some of the prices were incorrect he had to tell a supervisor then came back on and said it would be fixed to price was in catalog I also mentioned I purchase 4 gal double K 4 gal special price should have kicked in he mentioned nothing about this he was very unprofessional annoying for the time spent on phone with this person

I received my order promptly, but one item was marked as shipped separately. Turns out, this item was backordered, which I didn't find out until I contacted customer service when the item still hadn't shown up after 2 weeks. Although customer service answered my email promptly and courteously, I should have been notified long before.

The items I bought are fine , just as expected . But your shipping price is very confusing and your people on the phone are not all nice as in taking the time to explain why your pricing system is so weird . No longer my fav place to shop .

Many products are discontinued or not in stock/backordered. Shipping to Canada is expensive.

Slowest shipping ever.

Still waiting on half my order, that I was told was back ordered. Haven't heard anything from them.
