I finally received an order I've been trying to get now since October. It is now April. Literally. If I could find somewhere else that carried Bright Magic, I'd never ever order from PetEdge. P.E. used to be the leader in grooming supply. Now it is mine and every groomer I know's least favorite place to order from. Honestly, please step up your game soon or you'll be out of the game entirely.

I’m unsure if this is related to service or the programming systems you have in place. I hated the process of placing an order to just have it canceled a month later and I having to dig through to find which items were cancelled and have the order replaced. I understand that I ordered items on backlog, but I didn’t expect to have to resubmit orders and end up with duplicates of items and the charges to match. Luckily I will end up using it all, but it was not user friendly with the orders being cancelled and whatnot. Also, it was nearly impossible to track what charges on my account were for which items. And which were remaining to be billed for. There should be a more user friendly charges summary or tally instead of having to guess match charges to orders placed sometimes months in advance. That all said, the customer service members I emailed and talked to when I had issues were somewhat friendly and helpful, but when I called because I saw 2 charges for the same item(a cancelled order, that when re-ordered ended up sending me double and charging for both) the rep said he didn’t know and that he didn’t see the duplicate on his end. Oh well. Just way too confusing.

I purchased two pairs of scissors that I was not happy with they agreed to refund my money once they received the scissors again I've been waiting for a packing slip to be delivered by mail so I can send the scissors back 6 days later after I called I found out that the packing slip had not been put in the mail until the night before.. which is a week of lost time... don't feel it is my job to check up on something that should have been put in the mail a week ago in fact I am still waiting for the packing slip so I can send it the scissors back to PetEdge and meanwhile I don't have my money in my bank account or I can't make a new purchase for tools that I need.... either way I'm at the losing end of this and losing money it's not what I'm in business for

After almost a month I never received my order, called customer service said items were going to be shipped out that day they never came. I called over a week later items still were not shipped. Finally received my order and after two uses my Bravera’s paint is chipping off the clippers. Very disappointed in the service all around.

I ordered 1 gallon of dog shampoo that I never recieved.

My clippers don’t work and they are asking me for videos and pictures of the problem instead of taking them back checking them and sending me new ones that actually work.

I don't have luck doing online, always need to call, the people on the phone is nice but need to wait so long to be attend.
