We have been using Pet Edge for all our years in business. That's about 50 years and have found it to have the best products for our convivence and dog/cat friendly. I won the Best In Show NDG contest so I know what this is all about. Granted there is always something to learn every day. So we go with the flow. Keep them coming for our needs.

Someone placed an order with my address that I thought was fraud, I contacted customer service on the weekend and they promptly got back to me Monday with a solution and assurances that whatever orders were placed. Even though I hadn't conducted business with them they were very prompt and answering and offering a resolution.

Hi there, we received your emails and we DID email you back. We have cancelled the order and blocked the account. If you have been compromised our best advice is to contact your bank or credit card company as they will cancel your account and take care of getting you setup with a new card. We understand how frustrating a card compromise can be, and we have taken care of this situation on our end. Thank you for your review.
