Very expensive product and false advertising shipping speed
Very expensive blades. Paid extra money to have it shipped and delivered faster only for it to sit for five extra days. I paid the additional fee right away so there was no need for it to sit that long. You didn’t deliver on time so I would like the extra money I paid for shipping back. I’m no longer interested in buying American anyway.

Hi there, our product is through Andis, and we have a required pricing through them, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the Andis pricing given. We also see that you placed the order at 11:50pm on March 17th so your order did get picked and packed the next day and shipped out on the 19th. We also do see that FedEx had held your product at customers, as there were duty fees, that our company doesn't pay. We have put in a claim with FedEx on why it took until March 26th to get to your door, if the duty fees were paid right away.
