Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and see the order was placed on 04/10 at 5pm and our warehouse is closed on the weekend. Your order was shipped on Monday 04/13 via USPS that you had chosen as your shipping carrier. USPS is having many problems with shipping things timely, and we apologize on behalf of the USPS that is showing your order is delayed. We have absolutely no control over the USPS and their shipping or their shipping issues. As for PetEdge we most definitely had your order out on Monday and picked up by USPS on Monday. We will watch your order and the USPS delivery and are very sorry for the USPS delay which we have no control over. Hi there, so many companies, have removed the paper catalogs as they're extremely costly. We would rather give our customers discounts on items versus spending an unbelievable amount of money on catalogs. The QR is just a guide to review items, all of our prices are listed on our website, no hidden agendas or fees just fair pricing, with better discounts. Hi there, yes, our website did say out of stock when purchasing however, purple the color you picked is the only one out of stock. We do have Lime, Blue, Pink, and Mahogany in stock. If color is not of importance, we can easily switch this out for you. Hi there, we do not put a date on when the backordered item will be available because we don't want to provide wrong information to our customers. This item is on backorder with an approximate date of 04/22 to come into stock. We did review all 4 tracking and do see that 3 of your 4 tracking have been delivered.
