Everything came within reasonable time. 1 item was damaged as the lid was not completely screwed on. Did not loose too much product though.

Great, reliable (unless you need it on a specific day).... Orders are packaged and shipped in a timely manner. It when the packages leave the warehouse. Tracking numbers are totally unreliable. I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars because I rarely receive ALL my purchases in the same delivery. Sometimes I have received merchandise 3 separate consecutive days... I think the problem isn't petedge itself, its more of a logistics kind of thing.

These clippers replaced a very old set of identical Andis 2 speed clippers. Only used once but seem to do the job just fine.

I formerly was a huge fan and user of PetEdge. The 'new' PetEdge is above average for sure, and I received my orders Promptly and well packaged! They were also easy to track. I do miss a few things: the really great Master Performance grooming tools - especially the ergonomic deshedding comb; a lack of selection on smaller very good quality grooming combs; PE was one of the few places I could find Pure Pet pet shampoos, my all time favorite. I am very grateful you're here though!
