This was the worst ordering experience I've had with Petedge. They never confirmed the items i was ordering as i gave them the item numbers. One of the items i ordered has the same item number for differant sizes, and of course I ended up having the wrong size shipped to me. I also was shuffled around from person to person while i was ordering, and the wait between was long ?

The scissors i purchased do not cut because when they were shipped they were not secured in the box i know this because the plastic sleeve it was in was cut and half my scissor was hanging out...

They just don't carry any longer things I have always used. Seem like something is discontinued every time I go to make an order. Not as good as it use to be.

Shipping is much too slow compared to many other companies. Products are good.

I never received an email confirming that my order was shipped. I had no idea if or when it would arrive.

I love Petedge but this last order with them was terrible! Our hydrotherapy tub came in and two parts were broken. It took a month to get the replacement for the first part. Then our delivery was scheduled so we made a opening date. Shipment did not come til 2 weeks later and we had been open without half our supplies! I’m hoping it was just the holidays but the next time, If we deal with this again, we will find another company to order from.
