Love it everything is always in good condition and the service is fast

I am happy with everything I received. I bought a broad range of items for my new puppy. Shipping was relatively prompt; COVID impacts many shipments and it had a long way to come. My order was split into three and the packing slip I received on the first order was a little confusing as it said the items I had yet to receive were a 'prior shipment'. I called customer service who answered promptly and explained that part of the order was not lost, but going to ship later in the week and it was just an unusual way PetEdge wrote the packing slip.
