PetEdge did a great job of taking my order and letting me know when it would arrive. The shears I ordered were the same brand I have used for years, however they didn't cut great. I decided to get them fixed by my sharpener guy instead of returning them.

My first order had a shipment date a few weeks out when I ordered. That was fine but the day before the anticipated shipment date I got a notification my order was canceled. Then I tried to reorder and they didn't have the color I wanted so I ordered another color. That order was completed as expected and on time. The orders were for a six crate kennel set up.

I have been buying products from this site for a long time quality is good. A lot of the times items are on back order and it takes forever to get. also I put 4 stars instead of 5 just because I purchasing from this site a lot of things and as customer like this would like to have some special discount. Other then that its recommended by me

Everything shipped in time and intact. The only issue was with the Andis razor. While the razor worked great, the cord, after being wrapped so tightly in the box, was constantly getting tangled and unplugging. I think Andis should rethink the way it packs it’s products. We tried to lay the cord out for a few days, hoping it would stop getting tangled, but it would not. Petedge understood the problem and we returned it. Thank you

It took quite a while for my order to be processed and shipped, but it arrived just fine and the clippers were cheaper than Amazon.
