Don't like that if something is out of stock it can't just be back ordered... sends me somewhere else. I am also trying to return something, I miss ordered, and I can't sign now? Other than that I think things are okay

Received a broken pair of Wahl Bravura trimmers. Was very excited and eager for my order to arrive so I could use it as work, just to find out they're a broken set that wouldn't even turn on. My other ordered items, the Andis blades, were fine.

Great prices, although I believe I recent different shears than what I ordered. I've had the Master Grooming shears before, and they mostly just push hair and get dull WAY too quick. I thought I paid for a different brand and was sent the MGT shears.

The 2 pairs of scissors I purchased DoNot cut well. Each kind has very poor cutting movement when I begin to use. They appear much less in quality than previous purchase from PetEdge,. Will not order again customer dissatisfaction
