Very easy to order I just wish they had a lot of my items in stock when I ordered them but now I wait for an article to come. but that isn’t their fault it’s just supply and demand I guess either way I can trust them and I do like their website.

UPDATE: changed to 5 stars for the great customer service!! Thank you so much!! I know it may not be your fault but lately when we have received our orders out shampoo and conditioners are frozen and we have to wait days for them to thaw, the furrminator shampoo we just bought is totally ruined........
