As usual, atleast a thing or two arrives in damaged packaging. This time, one of the fine Bravara blades was loose in the shipping box and the packaging was tore up and loose in the larger box. The products themselves are average to very nice. I try NOT to use Pet Edge for most of my monthly orders because their delivery time is well over a week ALWAYS. I've used Pet Edge for 40 years through all of their name changes. Shipping time was really good until about 10 years ago.

I was disappointed that the customer service rep wasn’t knowledgeable about the products and couldnt advise me. I was looking for some assistance as it was my first time buying these tools. I, like many pet owners are likely grooming at home due to “stay at home” orders during Covid-19.

You charge way too much for shipping.

Still waiting on a back order that I haven’t had any update on. This seems to be a normal thing now for this organization. It’s a shame because I used to buy everything from here but I have resourced my supplies individually elsewhere due to this same problem.

Good prices but had a tough time ordering. Separate billing and delivery address was an issue for them and the first rep failed to reach back to me when they were experiencing computer issues.

Seemed to take too long to receive.

They have greatly improved since the last time I ordered from them I still try to avoid it. The order was correct the customer service was very good.

Very disappointed since you took over Dr. Fosters and Smith as prices have gone up and treats no longer included free
