I completely enjoyed my representative she was easy to communicate with. Due to Covid I didn't get %90 of what I wanted. Since the new company took over shipping and taxes shot through the roof. I don't buy from them as much because of this. All and all its not horrible.

Once I placed my order online, the taxes wouldn't calculate during my checkout. I then contacted Petedge to end up speaking with 3 different Representatives before my order was resolved. I was told by the 1st Rep., I'd receive a call from another department. After I didn't hear from them within 24hrs, I called the next day to address the order again. After speaking with the 3rd Rep., she resolved the issue for me without any further delay. The first two Representatives weren't friendly at all, but the last Rep., was very kind & humbling.

The only this I didn’t like was I receive the free stuff one day. Then one item the next day and then the last item the Following day. Pleased with that I ordered but one box was damage in the shipping. BUT LOVE MY ORDER! Just confused as to why it didn’t all show up on one day. Definitely order from Y’all again though!

I received an e-mail from PE indicating a problem with my order because my CC was out of date. I called PE and spoke to someone who took the new CC information. 2 weeks later I had not received the shipment. I called PE and found out that the person who took my CC information did not release the order.

Shipping was VERY slow. I tried to access my account to find the tracking information, just to see if it was even mailed out, and I couldn't find it anywhere on my account. I had to contact customer service via email . They did respond within a day with the tracking info...but failed to tell me how to actually access this information on my account. It was almost as if they didn't want me to be able to tell if my package was shipped at all...

Shipping took longer than I expected. Paid a little more for them because they were in stock and shipping that day. My friend bought hers 2 days after I did and got hers 4 days sooner.
