Never got half of my order

I ordered a bank of grooming crates in August knowing it would take a while. I received the 3 dividers for the large crates immediately. After 30 days, I received an email that my order was canceled due to being on back order. I called and customer service said that’s common because of the 30 day back order. I waited and hadn’t heard only to find out the order was canceled again. Then, I called and placed the order over the phone once again. The representative said the bank system was in stock. This is October now. I tracked the shipping and saw it waiting nearby but wasn’t delivered. When I emailed customer service on October 22, I was told the order was refused by consignee and to let them know if I had any questions.

I received the wrong product after working for 5 days for it to be delivered and then was told customer service could not help I would have to email support. I am still waiting for support to call. I am paying a contractor to wait to finish project that is dependent on the proper product to be received. Cannot wait to to have to work with support and delivery agents to wrap this up! How frustrating!

This company has repeatedly sent me private invoices and personal information that is related to someone else’s account, I have never shop there. On top of that they sent me this to review a shopping experience that I it’s definitely for someone else. I have never shopped there they have sent me private information on someone else’s account. No way would I shop there! I have repeatedly told him to STOP give me information from someone else’s account and they repeatedly do that. So here is their review. If you want your private information send a random people definitely shop there! I’m also quite certain that the person doesn’t want all their private information shipped all over the Internet. For that reason I’m reporting them. You should know who you’re emailing before you send out someone’s private information. This is disgraceful!
