Great service by phone. Very helpful staff. Items came on time and are good quality. The web site is another story, unable to put my address it insisted on an apartment number I don't live in an apartment. Then I put one in just to see if it would work it said put in an accurate address. Just call don't waste your time.

I have been using a 10 year old version of this clipper which still runs great - but I wanted something lighter and that was cordless and this has both in addition to being ergonomically designed to fit in your hand . It’s also not as noisy which is an added bonus. I’m very happy with this product and would highly recommend even though it is expensive it’s worth it if you’re going to be using this regularly .
