I have used this company many years and I highly recommend this company. My order always comes at a reasonable time. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is several items I was wanting was on back order. I still was able to get what I needed with the quality I wanted.

I received all my order except the thinning shears, which would not ship until the end of the month. I need them sooner, so I cancelled this order and purchased them from another source.
