Gone to sh** recently. Been a customer for over 10 years. Things have changed drastically!!!! 'In Stock' is a lie these days...they drop ship rather than stocking items. Items in their catalog are not actually made by the mfg, but P.E. will offer them for sale and bill you for said non-existent items. Billing, invoicing, etc. is a complete mess. Multiple invoices for a simple, single order. Multiple charges, that don't match to any of the invoices. They charge shipping on 'free ship' items and justify it via their split invoices falling below the minimum $$. Not sure if they were bought or what...but they used to be out 'go-to' for all our dogs needs. I WILL NEVER spend another cent with P.E. Absolute sh**-show these days!!

There was significant trouble with their website when ordering. I sent a note to CS their reply was to basically try again with a different browser (even though they had no idea what browser I was using.). Called in and placed my order. The person was very helpful. That was a good experience. Received the tracking email and it had the correct address from PetEdge, but when i clicked through to the freight company the address and recipient were wrong. Sent an email to CS. Response was a link to the freight company and nothing else. Called again. The lady was apologetic for Mike’s less than helpful email. Said she would get into it. Never heard back to close the communication loop. This was not an inexpensive purchase. I was disappointed at several turns with interactions I received from the company. Mind you, I have received no less than 4 text messages this week to buy more stuff. They seem to have that sorted. :( despite this being a home town company at this point I would NOT recommend.

Bought some shears from here was sent a 8 instead of a 8.5 like I ordered the handle is even diff and I’m told Geib says it’s ok for them to be off by a certain amount ?!? Weird because I got a 8.5 from another store just fine . Supper disappointed and upset so I spent close to $140 on shears I didn’t order and this is ok ??? Not ok please don’t order from here and get screwed because of their mistake

Will not accept Canadian address

Too bad, I made my first transaction and all went wrong, The order got duplicated, I wrote a email asking for you to solve the issue and you didn't help at all. I got duplicated merchandise and now I have to figure out how to sell it. The second, you write that if I buy more than u$100 the order is freeshipping and after the cart when I introduce the payment option the price went up because of the shipping, so you showmisleading advertising. At the first time I was excited to working with you, but now I don't know if I'll do it again.

Very disappointed that when I clicked to purchase saved items in my cart, the price increased from $283 to $334! I did call customer service before completing the transaction and the customer service rep tried to help unsuccessfully and then told me to make the purchase and she would have her supervisor adjust my invoice on her end after the purchase. Fifteen minutes after I made the purchase she called me back and regretfully told me she could do no more to help me. I was stuck paying $50 more for my items and experienced the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE and less then ethical business practice! Obviously I will NEVER purchase from PETEDGE again.

My order came and I’m very unhappy. $100 shears where not raped just thrown in the box with heavy bottles. They are damn age. I got brushes and they are dirty and scratched. Will never order again.

Ordered clippers on 10/14/2021, ship date was for 10/21/21.... today is 11/10/2021 and no clipper, no update email. I'm receiving only review email.... so this is my review!
