I placed one order. It took over a week for two small packages to arrive. And the main thing I ordered, a trimmer still has not arrived. I'm not happy with the way this order went. Also, the UPS tracking used is lousy.

Guardian Gear was far superior to the new brand of collars... general lower quality and the mediums are now thinner (as thin as the smalls). Much “cheaper” product. Will not repurchase these. Very disappointing.

Shipping is VERY slow. Took a week to get 1 of 4 items ordered. Remaining items will not even ship until 6/26 so we are looking @ 3 weeks to receive items...

never had problem with them until now we placed order on there web site and says all items in stock but come to find out when part of order was delivered that other items not available till end of month not happy bout that but I guess will wait or cancel that part of order be careful

We are glad that Petedge is again up and running with an assorted selections of products. We have shopped this company for many many years and the delivery was acceptable. It would be appreciated if the shipping cost could be considered. If wanting just small amount of items, it's not worth the trouble to get it up to $99 for free shipping. Shipping can get costly but that is the one thing that I would try to work on as you now have a new owner. Customer service has always been very good and so have the quality and value for your products. Good luck on moving forward.
