Had an order open for blades from Oct. 2021 to mid Feb 2022. I was told a different date every time I called to check order status. I finally called Chewy and they had all the blades and quantity that I needed. Funny how they had them and you couldn't get them. Same blade!!!

I have not received my order still. I have called and email not one response.

I received half my shipment & the other half still hasn't gone out

Order conformation had shipping address listed incorrectly. We followed up to correct the mistake. Upon checking the order status online, it was cancelled for unknown reason. No communication was provided. Several follow up inquiries were sent and finally a phone call; the customer service rep had no idea what was going on because there weren't any notes in our account. Complete confusion. Initial order was placed on December 10th. Only now (February 7) are the items shipped and on the way.

Did not receive the BravMini clippers in the box

When i placed my order it said my blades were in stock. But now they are back ordered until April.

i did not receive the scissors i ordered

In ordered a dog was tub from them and it is now 3 days late and no one has any answers for me. I have tried reaching out to customer service where I sat on hold for a ridiculous amount of time to get no response. I than emailed them and have yet to hear back. I also reached out to their 3rd party freight company that you get tracking through, and they were no help as well. They couldn't give me any answers even though I was transferred to multiple people. This is my income that has been put on hold for now who knows how long. All in all I would say Pet Edge has very low customer service and I would not recommend them to any of my fellow groomers or pet care professionals. And it might show it is suppose to be here today but it is not they just change the day everyday. 4 days late now. That's a whole week of work I don't get back. The fact they are acting like it is no big deal shows me they don't care and I will 100% not order from here again. Didn't even offer a way to right it.
