I like the fact that they had every blade that I needed what I did not like is that with one order two different blades were ordered one came quickly and I have to wait for the other one to be delivered on the 15th if they could've been delivered at the same time that would've helped me out this is one reason I don't like to order online however I know not of a place where I canBuy Buttercut blades

We received part of our order but haven’t received a shipping update on the other part of our order. Fast shipping on the part we have received.

I ordered many times from Pet Edge years ago and was always pleased with the ease and the final outcome. Well, I know things are different now because of Covid but unless things drastically change I will quit ordering from you. It shows items are available on your site but then they aren’t really. Some items have a 6 month wait. That’s crazy! Who wants to wait that long. Shipping seems to take much longer as well.

I ordered a set of blades almost 3 months ago and I still have not received them. It really put my business in a bind. I understand we are in a pandemic, that's why I'm giving three stars instead if one.

Shipping took 2 weeks . . communicated, was directed to tracking. I guess once it's out of your hands you no longer have ant concerns

Ordered from Canada,the order was shipped separately so I had to pay a broker twice. That was disappointing. When the order arrived on separate days the second box was heavily damaged though contents were fine. Both shipments left at upstars front door even though where they should have arrived in the basement door where I was. It's clearly marked..

For the most part I have been happy but I have an order that I can’t find any info about. I ordered it on 6/19 and have gotten 2 shipments but can’t find any info about the other part of the order. The order page won’t let me view any of the order info. It’s very frustrating bc I don’t have any idea when it’s coming.

Placing a large order, I received the the items separately at different times and charged separately each time an item shipped. Why can't the order be shipped all together and billed at time of order. This would make it easier to keep my records accurate.
